Have you ever imagined living in a Garret? Of course not. But
now you will know that with a little creativity we can make a Garret into an
apartment and a modern working office.
The work of Jeff Wardell and Caludia Sagan is really
incredible, fantastic!. They make a unique apartment of a Garret. This stunning
modern apartment is located in an attic room, City of San Francisco. A large
loft of 127 feet turn into a minimalist space where there are cool things
including a guest house and office work. The floor is made of natural wood
further adds artistic value of this apartment, the walls now have a texture
that makes them look like the barn, but the owner wanted it to seem creative
and smart. The plan is open, there are a lot of thanks to large windows in the
light so no worry of hot air because the air circulation and light smoothly.
Guests and work zones are separated in a very original way: they are made of
container. Modern and useful interior to the industry and art-deco touches -
what could be better?
